I am very proud of the progress I’ve made since starting my PGCE with WWLCSD. All of my expert colleagues and mentors have been incredibly supportive and helped me to develop my professional practice. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of French and Spanish classes at KS3 and KS4, and to deepen my pedagogical understanding through university lectures and seminars. I am proud of so many things, but one achievement I was particularly pleased with is when I can see that a pupil has understood something that they had previously struggled with. I really love working with young people and I look forward to continuing to develop these relationships.
